From Fagersta follow highway 66 in the direction of Västerås. After about 1 mile follow the signs to Landsberget. At Landsberget there are two parking lots. The southern one is about 400 meters and the northern one about 1,400 meters from highway 66.

From the parking lots you can follow well-trodden paths into the nature reserve.

It is prohibited to:

• dig, cut, carve, paint or otherwise damage the surface of the ground or solid natural objects such as rocks and boulders
• break branches, cut down or damage living or dead trees and bushes
• pick, dig up or damage mushrooms, lichens, mosses, herbs or other plants, except for the picking of single specimens of non protected species. Berries and edible mushrooms may be picked for domestic use,
• collecting insects or other invertebrates, except for single individuals for species identification
• drive motorized vehicles and trailers other than on an existing road or parking lot,
• camping or setting up a motor home, caravan or other vehicle for more than two days.

In addition, it is prohibited without the permission of the County Administrative Board:

• put up a board, sign, poster or permanently mark tracks,
• use the area, with the exception of roads and hiking trails, for organized competitions or exercises, camps or similar activities where the number of participants exceeds 200 people.
