Kristbergs ekhage

Kristberg's oak pasture is also called "Brinkängen". In the meadow, the municipality's coarsest oaks grow with strong and often hollow trunks. In the spring, countless wood anemones bloom and form a beautiful white carpet. In the cavities of the oaks several unusual beetle species lives. On the other side of the arable land to the west, Kristbergsbäcken has formed a deciduous forest-covered ravine.
