Kuvaus

Österåker municipality offers several outdoor gyms for lovely outdoor exercise around Åkersberga.

Oceanparken can be found between Västra Banvägen and Orionvägen.

Equipment

The gyms in Hacksta, Sabelbacken, Täljöviken and in Röllingbyparken offer you the opportunity to train all muscle groups. You will find the following equipment there:

  • Stick lift, three logs with different weights
  • Ramp for sit-ups, adjustable in three heights
  • Push-up bar, three different heights
  • Arm walk
  • Dips, two different heights
  • Squats, two different weights
  • Deadlift, two different weights
  • Bench press, accessible, two different weights
  • Back pull, two different weights
  • Back lift
