Lettholmen Nature Reserve is a small reserve covering the eastern part of Lettholmen Island, about one kilometre southeast of Spillersboda. The easiest way to reach it is by private boat.

To protect Lettholmen Nature Reserve, visitors must follow certain rules. Within the reserve, it is forbidden to:

• Destroy or damage natural features or surface formations
• Uproot flowers or damage ground vegetation, including grass, moss, or lichen
• Deliberately disturb wildlife (e.g., climbing nesting trees, taking bird eggs, or photographing nests, dens, or lairs from close range)
• Bring a dog off-leash
• Camp for more than two consecutive nights
• Make fires
• Use radios, record players, tape players, or similar devices in a way that disturbs others
