It may not be the typical destination for the outdoor enthusiast, but for those interested in nature, Maskängen is one of several interesting destinations along the Hardebergaspåret walking and cycling trail. The meadow, which has long been cut for hay, contains plants such as yellow rattle, globeflower, and dropwort.
