A total of 17 historic houses have been relocated here over the years to help preserve their culture and history for future generations.
The hostel offers a variety of accommodation, each with its own unique history. Granlien is an 18th century public tax house and the Slöjdvillan (craft house) is an example of old Nordic-style housing. It’s also possible to stay in the former maid and farmhand quarters.
There are several golf courses in the area, including the Omberg Golf Course and Östad Golf Course in Väderstad, and many excellent hiking and bicycle trails are nearby. Other attractions include Ombergs ecological park, Ellen Key’s Beach, the Alvastra monastery ruins and Heda church. Swimming and fishing lakes are also close by.

The hostel is located on Södra vägen between Stora Torget in central Ödeshög and the E4 (Östgötaporten).
By bus
There is a bus from Mjölby to the stop "Per Brahevägen". From the stop, it is about 500 meters to the hostel.
