Rundslinga, Värnanäs - Ekenäs

This is a circular trail of about 8 km that takes you between Värnanäs and Ekenäs. The walk offers varied environments and many nice places to stop at. You will experience, among other things, an English park, scenic forest trails, farmland, cultural heritage sites and beautiful walking paths along the sea. **

On the southern part of the trail, you walk through the English Park - a peaceful and detailed park in beautiful nature. On the way to Ekenäs, you will then walk through the Bokenäs nature reserve with its stately beech trees. After a coastal walk, you reach the northern part of the trail and the idyllic village of Ekenäs. Here you will find a boatyard, a harbor and a swimming area. There is also a barbecue area and bench tables for those who want to take a break along the walk.

Parts of the loop follow the Kalmarsund Trail, which is marked with orange signs. Other paths and roads are not signposted.
