Jamtli Vandrarhem, Östersund

Jamtli Hostel is located about 1 km outside the city center of Östersund and in the midst of an open-air museum. Here, you can live among historical buildings, visit the museum with its permanent and temporary exhibitions, experience art in the National Museum Jamtli, buy gifts in the Jamtli Shop or eat and drink in the Jamtli Café. At Jamtli there is always something to see and do.

Jamtli hostels offer comfortable living whether you choose to stay in the main building, in any of the 70s apartments or in the turn of the century in Skomakargården.

The hostel has a total of 36 beds. Shower and toilet in corridor. Free WiFi and TV in every room.

The hostels kitchen there are possibilities for self-catering. Breakfast basket can be pre-ordered year-round. The breakfast is prepared and delivered by Jamtli Kafé. Bed linens and towels are available for rent.

The hostel has two rooms where you can bring your pet. Washing machine and dryer available.

We are open all year round. Reception operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 3pm from September 1 to May 31. From 1 June to 31 August, the reception is open Monday-Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am - 7pm. We speak Swedish and English.
