Blekinge Museums Magasin Rosenholm

There are 60,000 objects here from prehistory to the present. Some items are unique, while others are completely ordinary things that you might own yourself or remember your grandparents having. See objects a thousand years old dug out of the Blekinge soil, wagons from farms and manors, medieval church items and the museum’s large collection of traditional boats. There are slide shows and information about boats, church objects and clocks on touchscreens. Find out the age of the object, where it comes from and who used it. Directions: Follow signs for ABB Arena Karlskrona, at Rosenholm follow Vaktvägen and then follow the signs. You can also take bus no. 5 from the centre of Karlskrona, get off at ABB Arena Karlskrona and follow the signs. Blekinge museum’s store at Rosenholm is open on Thursdays 13.00 – 16.00.
