Hamnskogen Eriksbergs Naturreservat

The area's variation with dense and more open forest and wide views over bays provide great experiential values. Within the area there are several cultural-historical remains, ancient remains and landscape elements that link to a very interesting part of the history of both Djurö and Sweden.

The area's hilly terrain provides a varied forest landscape with many small different forest biotopes and the overall character of the area is natural forests and natural archipelago forests.

Since 2013, there has been a marked trail in the area that is about one kilometer long and is one of three natural and cultural history trails that exist on Djurö. The collective name for the trails is the Maritime History Trail and all trails have signs illustrating sights and special historical events.
