Beskrivelse

The mile is an exercise trail on varied terrain that is only used during the barefoot season.

The difference between the hard mile and the mile is the start. The first kilometers are easy running on a flat course. At times, the first half of the loop can be quite wet wooded terrain during certain parts of the year.

The course offers some descents but you take 80 meters of altitude in 4 km and after about seven kilometers you enter the hard mile. During the last kilometer you will have the opportunity to recover as you are up at the roller ski track and run down towards the stadium. Watch out for roots and rocks, the course is on mixed ground.
