The reserve is located three miles northwest of Krokom. Via Nälden and Valne you find Könsta, where you turn left and follow a forest road about six kilometers. Just before Sunnanå, turn left again and you will reach the parking lot. The reserve can also be reached by walking the old Prostbölestigen path from Offerdal church.

Welcome to Hällberget. Keep in mind that in the reserve it is not allowed to:

• capture, disturb or harm mammals, birds, frogs and reptiles, as well as damage their nests and spawning grounds or collect eggs
• picking and collecting species of any kind, except berries and edible mushrooms
• climbing nest trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 meters to a bird of prey's nest, roost or burrow
• damaging the ground, boulders, vegetation, dry trees or other dead wood
• make fires, except in designated places
• climbing a rock face during the period April 1 to July 31 each year
• drive a motorized vehicle off-road
