Bageriet Björkaholm

Between Målilla and Virserum you will find the small village of Flaten and Bageriet Björkaholm. Here they bake on a small scale and with high quality ingredients. Rolls, baguettes, pretzels and sourdough bread with dinkel or rye flour. Italian or French pizzas and flammkuchen made with organic dinkel or rye flour. We use only high-quality dinkel flour in all our products. Mainly Swedish meat and mushrooms from Sweden, sea salt from the Atlantic and high quality olive oil
