Beskrivelse
Easy hike on the Jougdaberg trail towards the old mountain apartment Blomhöjden. Jougdaberg is an old mountain home that has been empty for many years. Blomhöjden, on the other hand, is one of the last mountain properties still in use. It consists of two farms, the lower of which still has its animals. In addition to the two farms, there are also settlements for two Sámi families in the Ohredahke Sámi community.

Fakta
On a mountain estate, the land is owned by the state and the buildings by the tenant. The concept of mountain property was created in 1915 because the state wanted to limit settlement in mountain areas in order to secure the Sami's access to the reindeer grazing mountains and to prevent people from settling in places that were not suitable for agriculture and thus becoming dependent on state support.
In the book "Fjällbondens avsked", Lars-Olof Hallberg documents the farm.
