Beskrivelse
Welcome to a nature reserve with really old pine forest. There are also beautiful mushrooms and many insects. You will also see traces of people living and working the land, in fact for over 8,000 years. But most obvious of all is the rise in the landscape - the pebble ridge - called Getryggen. When the ice sheet melted, the ridge you see was formed. The pebble ridge consists of rounded stones, gravel and sand that have been ground down. In the uppermost part you can see a sharp, sharp crest. From a distance it looks like a goat's back and is known as a goat's back or knife back.

Rutevejledning
Follow road E45 south from Östersund. Turn right about 3.5 kilometers after Överhogdal. Cross Inlandsbanan, then you are in the nature reserve. Total driving distance from Östersund to Getryggens nature reserve is about 16 miles.
Regler
Welcome to Getryggen. Keep in mind that in the reserve it is not allowed to:
- pick and collect species of any kind, with the exception of berries and edible mushrooms,
- climbing trees, staying near a bird of prey's nest, lair or pot, collecting animals or otherwise deliberately harming or disturbing wildlife,
- damaging the ground, boulders, vegetation, dry trees or other dead wood
- make fires, other than with firewood
- drive a motorized vehicle off-road.
Other rules apply if you want to conduct any kind of activity in the area, see the relevant reserve decision for full regulations. There may also be other laws to take into account, such as the Reindeer Husbandry Act.

Hej, jag besökte Getryggen och gillade det mycket. Jag letade till spår från människor som bott där lång sedan.
Ar det svårt att hitta.
