The trail pass is valid for all cross-country trails and touring trails in Trillevallen, Ottsjö and Edsåsdalen.

Dog

Dogs are welcome on the skate trail but must be kept on a leash. For everyone's enjoyment, do not forget to always remove dog poop from the tracks so they will also be welcome in the future.

Take the short connecting trail from the cross-country parking lot and into the trailhead. Here you'll find a trail board and signage to guide you. The first part of the trail is shared with all cross-country trails before first the lighted trail turns left and then 2.5km and 5km both turn right since.

The trail passes through denser spruce forest mixed with more open areas and marshes where some parts can be a little exposed to wind. The first 4 km of the trail goes in slightly hilly terrain and you always follow the blue squares to keep the right track. Then begins a slightly tougher climb uphill. Don't miss to turn around every now and then during the climb up to see the amazing views.

The trail then turns back, all the time with an uphill climb, through the forest before it again opens up more over the marshes and with nice downhill runs without any steeper parts takes you back. Pay attention when you pass the "square" on the way back. Many trails and paths meet here, so don't miss to continue following your blue trail markings.

The trail is drawn in natural terrain and in mild weather, some parts may be affected by wet or black ice.

Parking directly adjacent to the start of the Trillevallen cross-country trail can be found by following the Trillevallen road until you have passed Trillevallens Högfjällshotell. Just after the hotel you will see the parking lot to the left of the road

This parking is always free for those who have a lift pass or track pass in Trillavallen. To register your car, you need to contact the lift pass office and get your car registered.

If you do not have a track or lift pass and want to park between 9-17 during the period 26/12 - 8/1 or 17/2- 16/4, you pay your parking.

From E 14 take off down towards Undersåker. Here you follow the signs to Trillevallen and pass a railroad crossing and over the Indalsälven before the climb begins towards Trillevallen.

The trail is easiest to start from the trailhead outside Trillevallens Högfjällshotell or from the cross-country parking lot that you will find on the left just after you pass Högfjällshotellet.
