80. Bakvattnet - Ansätten (lätt)

At the time of the legal change there were 11 farms in Bakvattnet. When the road from Åkersjön was built a few years later, tourism began with hunting guests. 1970 the lift was built up at Ansätten.

The Blomsterleden trail between the village of Bakvattnet and the Blomsterfjället Ansätten is 6 km long, tracked and easy to walk. A route for the whole family! Along the trail there are 11 digital flower stations that have signs with QR codes. The signs are placed in different plant environments by the Flower Trail Association to inform about flowers found in each environment along the hiking trail up to Ansätten's top. The flora in the area is unusually rich thanks to the impact of limestone. Among 400 vascular plants found in the area are, for example, goldenrods and browntop.

Try the Children's Nature Trail, which starts from the southern entrance to Bakvattnet. The trail is about 1 km long and runs in old spruce forest. Along the trail there is information about plants and animals as well as life-size animals. A tour at children's pace, where you read the signs and go exploring takes 1-2 hours.
