Universitetsparken

A lovely park that welcomes all – citizens, visitors, students and researcher

Several spaces in the park has been created, such as gardening, brick house and garden rooms, for Gothenburg university’s garden- and handicrafts program. In the park, education and research mixes with the pretty nature for Mariestad’s citizens, visitors, students and more.

The work to reshape the university park will continue for several years. And the parks new facilities will help shape new possibilities for those interested in studying construction and gardening together with landscape care at a close range.
