Cottages, camping and tent pitches right next to the waterfront

Örnäs Camping, near to Åmål in Dalsland, welcomes you to stay at any time of the year to enjoy its beautiful views of lake Vanern. There are 29 cottages to choose from, with and without water, and 75 spaces for caravans and motorhomes with electricity, all of which are close to modern buildings with toilets, showers and other services. Most of the cottages have views of the lake, while some are located in a picturesque forest glade a little distance from the other cottages. The campsite is well suited to fishing tourists and has a shed for gutting fish, a launching ramp for boats and its own guest harbour.

Restaurant with music and lake views

When you feel like a coffee with cakes, lunch, ice-cream or a meal à la carte, drop in at the Örnäs restaurant near to the beach. It is open during the summer season and arranges music evenings, After Beach drinks and has full serving rights. There are seats both outdoors and indoors, complete with a beautiful view of lake Vanern!

Activities for children and adults

When the going gets hot and you need to cool off there are two swimming areas to choose between, both with sandy beaches. The campsite has a mini-golf course for enthusiasts and there is a nice playground not far from the camping. Several footpaths pass close to the campsite and if you want to rent a bicycle you can book one at reception. For those who want to keep up their tennis there are both indoor and outdoor courts. Rent a frisbee, play disc golf or try out the parkour area, which are all within easy walking distance.
