White Mountain Lodge, Vildmarkscamp Kalvträsk

The location of the camp characterized by silence and virgin nature, beautifully situated at the shore of a lake besides a quite unknown, unexplored and vast nature reserve. Normally the thematic of days in Kalvträsk is “down to earth” with a mix of different trail hiking itineraries including wild life watching, combined with forest trail mountain bike excursions and a choice of longer and shorter canoe itineraries in the lake system.

White Mountain Lodge Vildmarkscamp offers three cosy cabins with 5 beds with one twin bed and three singelbeds in each cabin. The cabins are equipped with WC, shower, kitchens and wooden fired stoves. The cabins are beautifully situated next to Kvardammen that offers fishing for rainbow trout in the summer (requires a fishing permit, see below). There are good opportunities for outdoor activities nearby as you will find streams for canoeing, and trails for hiking, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling in close vicinity.
