Beautiful hiking trail where you can experience unique flora and fauna

Length: 5,7 kilometres Distance from Grums: about 10 kilometres Terrain: medium – hard The hiking trail starts and stops at Buda bath and goes around Kycklingdalen. Along the trail there is an unique flora and a rich bird life. There is also a cold spring where you can quench your thirst. The trail, bitwise following the Vänern beach with nice cliffs to rest at, offers both bathing and fishing opportunities. There are a few steep parts along the trail, with a beautiful view over Vänern. Next to Kycklingleden there is a shorter trail going out to Budaholmen (1,4 kilometres), through an old mansion park. How to get there: From Karlstad, drive towards Slottsbron. Turn off the E-45 to Liljedal and take Budavägen to the bath.
