At the ancient castle in Solgård, fragmentary wall remains are preserved on the eastern side of the mountain. The ancient castle is located on a large and high mountain that is now built with a water tower. The castle may have been a courthouse or a place where local people gathered on special occasions. It may also have been a sacred place marked by the wall. From the ancient castle you have a fantastic view of Flemingsbergsviken.
