Pålsjö

Pålsjö nature area is probably the dearest place in Helsingborg for outdoor life and recreation. Here you can walk and jog on winding paths, along streams and ravines in beech and oak forests that are several hundred years old. You can enjoy the spring wildflowers, hear the woodpeckers and maybe see a deer or two.

Have a coffee at Pålsjöpaviljongen or take a break along the shore with a view of Öresund. You can also take a break at Naturpunkt Betesmarken or Naturpunkt Geologi. There you can learn more about the history and importance of the pastures for plant and animal life and rocks and minerals.

In the dog enclosure just east of Villa Thalassa, your dog can roam freely all year round. In the rest of the nature area, your dog must be on a leash from March 15 to October 31. Three exercise trails offer varying challenges. There is also an outdoor gym.

Part of the Skåneleden trail runs along the Landborgsbrant. Special bridleways and cycle paths make it easy to get around in nature.
