STF Arkösund Sköldviks Vandrarhem

The hostel's original buildings date from 1939, have an authentic setting and are located right on the beach, at the tip of Vikbolandet. Here you can enjoy the tranquil view of a glittering sea. The beach is shallow and well suited for anyone who wants to swim, sunbathe or just enjoy the shade on a windswept coastline.

The rooms have from one up to four beds, and it is also possible to stay in one of the cozy cottages that accommodate two beds each. There is a large room that hosts up to 10 people, perfect for a group of friends or large family. If you do not want to bring your own sheets, you can rent it from us. We are happy to clean at an extra cost and to serve your breakfast.

During July until beginning of August it is possible to add breakfast. During summer there is also a popular beach bar serving coffee, sandwiches, cakes and hot meals. We serve wine and spirits and the food is mainly local produce. Opening hours vary, so please check in advance to make sure it is open. For groups we can arrange breakfast and different meals to pre-order all year round.
