In Ödeby about 9 km north of Motala there are exercise tracks of 2 km (marked in blue) and 5 km (marked in red). The markings can be poorly maintained and therefore it can be difficult to locate in some places. In the area there are many popular and nice trails for both mountain biking, walking and running.
