In Ödeby about 9 km north of Motala there are exercise tracks of 2 km (marked in blue) and 5 km (marked in red). The markings can be poorly maintained and therefore it can be difficult to locate in some places. In the area there are many popular and nice trails for both mountain biking, walking and running. Riding trails, mushrooms and berries also occur in the area. Keep in mind, however, that the right of public access prevails in the area and that e.g. riding and mountain biking must not cause damage to the landowner.

Turn left from road 50 north of Motala at the intersection at Säter. Then turn left and you will come to the parking after about 100 m.
