Norra Europas största träslev

The Gullabosleven is carved in oak. It was made for the Gullabo Craft Fair in 2000. The material used was a 5 m long oak log weighing about 4 tons. The ladle is 4.64 meters long and 1.07 meters wide and weighs 350 kilos.

The wooden ladle is said to be one of the largest in the world. When it was finished, it was entered in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's largest wooden ladle, overtaking the previous record held by Vindeln's craft guild. However, since 2013, the record has been held by another wooden spoon in Romania.

During production, a chainsaw was used to create the shape of the ladle and then it was polished by hand.
