The main wall is one of five walls at Sjöända, which is one of Sweden's finest sport climbing crags with high-quality routes for all climbers. The main wall includes the 7b route Solarplexus, the rock consists of solid reddish granite. The climbing is varied of the type vertical, swaying, overhanging and is at most 25 m.
