Teaterladan

Hedemora Gamla Teater is one of the country's oldest theater barns. It was built in the 1820s as a warehouse with a theater room in the attic. Theater was played here until 1888, when the Salvation Army took over the theater for about 20 years. After renovation, the theater was reopened in 1946 in connection with the city's 500th anniversary. The building was declared a listed building in 1964.
