Hästingsflotten naturreservat

Hästingsflotten is a vast area of marshland, which is protected because it is unaffected by drainage. The "raft" itself is not easy to get to or to walk on. However, there is a nice hiking trail on Hästingsåsen, from where you have a nice view of the bog.

Hike dry-shod on plank and ridge At Gladtjärn bathing place in the northwest, a hiking trail begins, which takes you to Hästingsåsen, about 3 km south. The trail is part of the Finnmarksleden trail. It is walked over wet areas and along the trail a shelter and two barbecue areas have been set up. From the ridge, you can see for miles over the moorland landscape. Here and there, small fun signs have been put up, to make us big people look up! Or rather look down - and avoid stepping on the ants. Source County Administrative Board
