Have you ever dreamed of experiencing Blekinge's coast as perhaps a sea eagle would see it?

The drone film series "Blekinge from above" highlights 31 locations in the Blekinge Archipelago Biosphere Reserve and its nature, culture and history from a drone perspective. Through these films, it is possible to experience a number of known and unknown areas along Blekinge's coast, in the way that perhaps a sea eagle sees the coast. And the best thing is that you can see them directly in the ARK56 app - open the movie about the place where you are standing and start flying...

Exciting culture and outstanding nature

We look at the seals at Olsäng, the fantastic island world in the Listerby archipelago gets a visit. Furthermore, we can get a feeling for what the large, now excavated lake Vesan at Sölvesborg looked like. Low-flying along Hjortahammar's large and ancient burial ground is an exciting experience. We get an overview of Eriksberg's large safari park, as well as the flat archipelago at Kristianopel. Here you can clearly see from the air the "underwater road" that is still used when driving the cattle out to graze from the mainland to the grazing islands. We can also guess the spread of the medieval town of Avaskär. And more, and more!

Experience the drone films at home or directly on the spot

These films can be used in several different ways, for example to be inspired to further journeys within the Biosphere area at home in the warmth of the cabin. But also during a hike or kayaking, you can get a wider overview of the area you are in directly via the ARK56 app.

The film iseries is produced by the organisation Blekinge Archipelago to increase the knowledge about the connection between the natural and cultural environments in the Biosphere Reserve. The county administratice board financed the movies.
