Vallentuna Idrottsplats offers many opportunities for those who want to get out into the forest. Through well-marked exercise trails, those who want to easily move out into the woods can quickly change the densely populated area to dreamy greenery.
The forest here has high natural values with elements of natural forest where old pines and spruces are beautiful features. There are also birch, aspen, juniper and rowan trees. The soil is fresh to moist and has plenty of different mosses.
From Vallentuna Idrottsplats there are several paths through the forest that take you all the way to Angarnssjöängens outdoor area.
