Beskrivelse
The course is used for Strängnäs 500 - an event for Walk, Run, Run and Roll and Rush for participants with disabilities. Arranged with different distances on Sweden's national day, June 6 or the next weekday.
The course has a nice stretch via the shores of Lake Mälaren and up over the Långberget nature park with the viewing tower Kungstornet. Here you get a wonderful 360 degree view of Strängnäs and its surroundings.
The course is not marked, except during the event days, so see it as a tour suggestion that can be used by printing a physical map or that you have the app for Naturkartan with you and follow the course via it.
