Located in Simrishamn with parking spaces as well as bus and train connections about 200 meters from the reserve. Skansen nature reserve is located on both sides of Branteviksvägen.

**Within the area, special rules and restrictions apply to the right of public access.

For example, it is forbidden to:

• make fires outside designated areas
• camping
• setting up a caravan/mobile home
• operate jet skis on the water area
• disturbing the surroundings,

It is important to note that this is only a selection of the rules.

Full regulations for visitors

In addition to regulations and prohibitions in other laws and regulations, it is forbidden to:

1. affixing any board, sign, inscription, poster, fence or similar device, with the exception of information and reserve signs and boundary markers
2. blasting, digging, drilling, painting or otherwise damaging stones, boulders, rocks or landforms
3. carry out any form of construction or set up objects foreign to the reserve,
4. use a radio, musical instrument or other sound device in a disruptive manner
5. camping, setting up a caravan, camping car, or similar,
6. light a fire other than in places designated for the purpose,
7. organize training or competition events without a valid permit from the landowner or conduct other activities that may disturb the natural environment
8. travel on the water area with a jet ski.
