Beskrivelse
The highest point of Sakritjärnberget mountain reaches about 135 metres a s l. On the southwest slope of the mountain grows a leafy spruce forest with lots of thick-growth aspen. On the mountain in the north part of the reserve there is a cultural relic in the form of a quartz quarry. The area is 0.7 square kilometres in size and snowmobiles are only allowed on designated trails.

The nature reserve lies in Luleå Municipality, about 25 kilometres west of Luleå and 11 kilometres northwest of Alvik. A logging road northward from road 94 passes close to the reserve.
Veibeskrivelse
The nature reserve is located about 25 kilometers west of Luleå and 11 kilometers northwest of the village of Alvik. A forest road north from road 94 passes to the west of the reserve, but no road or path goes all the way. There is an information sign on the forest road, southwest of the reserve boundary.
Forskrifter
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hike
- make a fire in the designated area. Remember to bring your own firewood!
- pick berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles along marked trails and on snow-covered ground
- hunt in accordance with current laws
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
