Svartsjöarna is located with a fantastic view of Oviksfjällen. The area can be called Östersund's closest mountain environment. In the fall, it is a popular area for skiing and in the winter, ski tracks are laid here with the help of volunteers.

There is an unmarked parking space along the left-hand side of the site.
Veibeskrivelse
In the village of Marieby, take the exit towards Fugelsia 510-514. Follow that road for about 7 km. From the parking lot it is about 100 m to walk to the lakes.
