Björnbergets/Bjönnbergets fäbodställe

An unusually uniform and well-preserved mountain farm environment with well-maintained buildings. No cars are visible in the pastoral environment because there is still no road leading here, which is unique. Furthermore, the rocky embankment is kept open by loose sheep and goats, which is also very special. Björnberget or Bjönnberget is an Djurafäbod and here there has been no arable land but grazing and haymaking. Bjönnberget is mentioned in writing for the first time in the fäbod inventory in 1663.
