Beskrivelse
At Hamnskär Nature Reserve, you may be lucky enough to hear the mournful call of the wryneck or the cheerful song of the common rosefinch. The reserve is home to magnificent oaks and small-leaved limes that grew up when the landscape was more open, shaped by grazing and haymaking.
Today, these veteran trees provide vital habitat for a range of rare and threatened species, including insects and fungi.

Veibeskrivelse
Hamnskär Nature Reserve is located approximately 20 km north-west of central Södertälje and about 1.5 km north of Överenhörna Church. The easiest way to reach the reserve is by private boat.
Forskrifter
To protect the Hamnskär Nature Reserve, there are rules you must follow.
In the reserve it is forbidden to:
- drill, hack, blast, carve, dig, paint or in any other way damage rock, soil or stone
- felling or otherwise damaging both living and dead trees and bushes, and removing dead wood
- dig up plants such as reeds and herbs, or remove mosses, lichens or woody fungi
- camping for more than two consecutive days.
