Beskrivelse
The reserve is best known for its many beautiful orchids. The nature is varied and there are lakes, marshes, swings, pastures and forests. By the lake there is a nice shelter with a fireplace and a hiking trail of about 2.5 km. The easiest way to park is at Båsenberga slalom club.

Forskrifter
The nature reserve has special rules for visitors.
It is forbidden to:
- drive a motorized vehicle
- pitch a tent
- make fires other than in a specially designated place
- deliberately disturbing wildlife, for example by climbing trees
- breaking branches, felling or otherwise damaging living or dead standing or fallen trees and bushes
- picking plants or parts of plants, except berries
- picking or collecting lichens or fungi, except edible fungi
- capture and collect invertebrates in such a way as to damage or destroy their biotopes or reproductive habitats, such as live and dead wood
- bringing unleashed dogs or other pets
- putting up a picture, poster, billboard, sign or inscription
- ride a horse or bicycle
