Beskrivelse
Skrebbmyran is one of the county's finest examples of so-called forest bog mosaics. The vast and partly wet bog forms a mixture of large and small wooded islets. There are no paths here, so you can roam freely in the area. The forests and islets offer a fine wilderness experience with good opportunities for birdwatching. The area is located 12 kilometers south of Kårböle in Ljusdal municipality and covers 718 hectares. The drier parts of the bog have old standing dead trees. There is also wolf lichen growing on pine trees.
The inaccessible wet mires are important habitats for birds such as the dunlin, yellowhammer, crane and also the red-listed species of spoonbill and ruff. Red-listed means a Swedish species that is threatened and/or endangered. The red list is produced by the Species Information Center, which assesses the degree of extinction risk.

The nature reserve is located 12 kilometers south of Kårböle in Ljusdal municipality.
Forskrifter
Special rules apply within the nature reserve. It is not allowed to:
- drive motorized vehicles other than on roads intended for motorized traffic. Exceptions apply on solid ground (not peat land), for moose tractors or similar that are needed to transport larger game out of the area in connection with hunting. The transport must be carried out in such a way as to minimize damage to land and vegetation. Exemptions also apply to snowmobiles along the route shown on the decision map (Appendix 3), provided that driving only takes place on frozen and snow-covered ground, in a way that does not damage the ground or vegetation.
- taking firewood. Burning is only allowed if own firewood is brought
- break branches, fell or otherwise damage living or dead standing or fallen trees and bushes
- damage, pick or collect plants and fungi. However, picking berries, edible mushrooms and flowers for personal use is permitted, with the exception of protected and red-listed species
- climbing trees, staying near a bird of prey's nest, lair or burrow, collecting animals or otherwise deliberately harming or disturbing wildlife
- bringing an off-leash dog or other unleashed pet
- putting up a picture, poster, billboard, sign or inscription
- damaging any fixed object or surface formation, such as moving or removing stones.
Regulations 5 and 6 above do not prevent holders of special rights in connection with the hunting that is permitted in the nature reserve.
Regulation 5 does not prevent fishing from being permitted.
