Beskrivelse
Lichen-covered spruces and stately pines. The path leads into the forest and Norra Billtjärn. The small lake has been likened to "a Nordic blue eye in all the gray and green".

About 6 kilometers from Fors church in Bispgården, along road 87 towards Sollefteå, you turn towards Åsbodarna and Billtjärns nature reserve. Follow the signs for another 8 kilometers along the forest road. Signs and signposts mark a path into the reserve.
Forskrifter
Welcome to visit Billtjärns urskog. Keep in mind that it is not allowed in the reserve:
- camp
- make fires
- drive a motorized vehicle in the terrain
- climbing trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 meters to a bird of prey's nest, lair or pot
- damaging the ground or vegetation, including dry trees and windfalls.
Other rules apply if you want to conduct any kind of activity in the area, see the relevant reserve decision for full regulations. There may also be other laws to take into account, such as the Reindeer Husbandry Act.
