In Tallparken there are many paths and walkways that criss-cross the area. Some are on wide, easy-to-walk paths, while others are on narrow forest paths with stones and roots.
At Ledskär there are marked paths that lead out to Ledskärstornet on the beach meadow, Fladentornet, the platform at Kilholmarna and on to the harbor. The paths go through pastures. The path out to Ledskärstornet on the beach meadow can sometimes be very wet.
From the parking lot at the Blåhäll bathing area, there is a narrow paved walkway to Härjarö harbor. The walkway is a few years old and there are small irregularities. The walkway slopes slightly from the parking lot down to the bath but is otherwise flat.
Tallspåret is an 800 m long circular trail that starts from the nature point near Ängbyskolan. Along the trail there are signs that inspire discoveries in nature.
Granstigen is an approximately 1 km long trail in Ängbyskogen that starts from Ängbyskogen's nature point. It has partly the same route as the pine trail.
Above Laxön, Upplandsleden runs along a minor road. North of Laxön, you can turn left and follow a graveled walkway south along the river. Where the footpath ends, turn out onto Laxön ingen. Feel free to take an extra turn onto the southernmost tip of Laxön.
On the yellow trails in Ängbyskogen you can both hike and ride.
Cycling and horseback riding are not permitted on the blue-marked paths in Ängbyskogen.
