Try to imagine what it would be like to live and work in this place.

High up on the ridge, above Gautsträsk, is the now abandoned mountain apartment Örnbo. Towards the end of the 1860s, the settler Anders Jonsson and his family came here. Together they built up the farm and cultivated the land.
