Beskrivelse
Valletjärnarnas nature reserve is like a real fairy-tale forest, with soft moss and large pines. There are a lot of dead trees, both old pine trees and spruces rotting on the ground. In the north-western part of the area is a beautifully situated forest lake. Here is a nice place for a coffee break.

Veibeskrivelse
The starting point for the reserve is Ljungå, four miles south of Kälarne. From Ljungå it is just under a mile to the reserve, drive towards Åmyrriset and turn right over Ljungån, and follow forest roads to the southeast.
Forskrifter
Welcome to Valletjärnarna. Please note that within the reserve it is not allowed to:
- destroy or damage fixed natural objects or surface formations
- cut down or damage growing or dead trees or remove plants or plant parts other than berries
- hunting, trapping or deliberately killing animals and damaging or removing eggs and nests
- carry a dog
- erect a building or carry out cultivation
- put up a poster, billboard or other disturbing device for advertising purposes.
Other rules apply if you want to conduct any kind of activity in the area, see the relevant reserve decision for full regulations. There may also be other laws to take into account, such as the Reindeer Husbandry Act.
