Beskrivelse
There are barbecue houses, picnic tables, toilets and rubbish bins. Hökafältet in northern Mellbystrand is a valuable sand dune area for Halland and the whole country, with open dune areas as well as wetlands and tree-covered sand environments of about 400 ha. The reserve offers wonderful walks over open dunes and through closed pine forest. In the reserve you can take part in a rich plant and animal life that is characterized by the sandy environment.
