Friluftsliv på recept - Matfors röd

The electric light trail at Uvberget in Matfors is a nice place to exercise. It is quite hilly with steep slopes so this round has therefore been classified as Red. Parking is available at the start of the trail. There is also an open service building with a toilet. Below the parking lot there is a beach with shelter and barbecue area. Nearby is also Matfors bus station for those who come here by bus. To walk the entire round along the lighted track, follow the grassy walkway along the lake. Then you meet the hardest hill of the round. Once you have climbed it, the trail continues through a hilly and varied landscape. Since the trail makes several different turns, you can choose where and how far you want to go. If you choose to follow the outer edge and go around the entire track, it will be 3.3 kilometers round trip from the parking lot.
