Beskrivelse
Large parking lot at Nyby on the east side of Norra Lunsen. There is room for about 18 cars. The surface is hard-packed gravel but it is a bit uneven. In front of the parking lot there is an information sign with a map of the area and leaflets to take with you. There are signposts indicating distances and directions in the reserve.
From here it is about 1 km hike to Fläktantugan. This is also the start of stage 2 of the Upplandsleden trail, which runs east towards Fjällnora, or stage 1, which runs west towards Sunnersta, Uppsala.

Veibeskrivelse
Take road 255 from Uppsala towards Sävja. Turn left towards Östuna before the railroad tunnel and the passage over Sävjaån. After about 5 km, turn right where there are signs for Norra Lunsen 3 km. Continue to follow the signs towards Norra Lunsen and drive until you reach the railroad and the large parking lot at Nyby.
