Beskrivelse
Yraf Delta Nature Reserve comprises the delta formed where the Lais river empties into Lake Yraf. The multitude of Barnes testify to the fact that the delta has been important to farms around the lake as a haymaking area. Hay is made in the delta every year, and with its wetlands and its pastures rich in herbaceous plants, it forms a rich environment for resting seabirds. The area is 7 square kilometres in size.

Kommunikasjon
The nature reserve lies about 4 kilometres upstream on the Lais river from the village of Adolfström. The King’s Trail comes from the north down to Adolfström and continues westwards through the Yraf delta. No roads lead as far as the nature reserve.
