Beskrivelse
Öströö Öströö dates back to the Middle Ages and still has its original foundation walls. The castle was restored and renewed in Italian style by architect George von Dardel on behalf of Baron Carl Mauritz Bogislav Klingspor in 1916. It is still owned by the Klingspor family. Please note that the castle is private and cannot be visited. The land is leased by Öströö Sheep Farm.
Öströö Fårfarm One of Sweden's largest sheep farms, which is happy to receive visitors for a tour of the business. Farm shops with sales of home-made products. There is also a café with an organic touch. In spring and summer, visitors are taken on a lamb safari in the beech forest and pastures.
