The 19th and 20th lock stations between Billingsfors and Bengtsfors lead from Lake Nedre Höljen to Bengtsbrohöljen in the Dalsland Canal.
Locks 19 and 20 lead from Nedre Höljen into Bengtsbrohöljen, passing east of Höljerudsforsarna. Shortly afterwards you come to the town of Bengtsfors. At Höljerudsforsarna there is a small nature reserve. Strömstaren lives here. The lock station consists of two single locks. Between the single locks you pass under a power line with 17 m sail-free height. The total difference in level between the two locks is 6.1 m. There is no waiting bridge north of the 20th lock.
